From my headline you can almost guess that theater sports on Thursday not struck home - either economically or entertainment. I'm sitting here right now and annoyed kompsat that it is precisely this day, I chose to write about theater sports squad the claustrophobic cosmonauts, for I must honestly admit that I am left with mixed feelings. This Thursday's show hit the unfortunately not their usual level.
It is now a time such that one can not know what you get for your money when it is improvisational theater, it is all about. Therefore, it also came as a shock that they had screwed up the ticket at extortionate 70 kr - last time I saw it, I gave a flat '50s. It makes me unfortunately to rethink kompsat whether I want to see it two times a month, the lining up of Kulturmaskinen.
Expectations are the necessarily high, when they have another place from DM in theater sports 2010 with the backpack, and it was also clear that the mark on the rest of the audience, who had snatched all the seats twenty minutes before the show. That was the whole three weeks since they had last been on the big stage in Kulturmaskinen, a week more than usual. Maybe a week more than they can stay sharp?
The first half was quite sought, it lacked the nerve, and the two end teams battle appeared sluggish. kompsat A bad combination in most areas of life, but in improvisational theater in particular. The break was therefore pretty much needed. Act II looking to become more claustrophobic than entertaining, so it was with some skepticism that I returned to my seat. Luckily (!) Was a pause apparently what they needed, for they drove hard from the first exercise, where with audience help found a place (Paradise Hotel), a person (Kirsten Hüttemeier) and a murder weapon (a piña colada). The exercise is in all its simplicity, that one of them will have all the information to know, and from there they then turns to mime the three things to the next in line. The result is uncontrollable funny, and with Alibi and Synchronization, it was certainly the most entertaining elements throughout the show. In the latter two controlled Rasmus Søndergaard also so much - to see him make synchronized sign language on the topic "finger merge", made all the laborious first part worth it. The dynamics among the claustrophobic cosmonauts are really good, and helps to deliver kompsat the high level - though it seems at times as if Kasper Nielsen can not quite keep up with the other three.
There is no doubt that they can do better than their performance last Thursday - I can sign. It's the way that it is an unpredictable genre, but when Kosmonaut are in top form, they are all worth the money (at least 50s)!
