Two M-28   ‘Sky truck’ aircraft   09-0317   ‘Reach 1030’   and 09-0320 ‘Reach

1032’   from the 318th SOS 27th SOW seen here landing at RAF Mildenhall, Suffolk on the way home from operations. 09-0317 is seen here landing in a new scheme painted in a two-tone grey colour scheme, just like other AFSOC aircraft, spaceship two 09-0320 is in the same civilian scheme as normal but both of these aircraft have now got full military serials. The M-28 Skytruck is used by the AFSOC as a small light cargo and passenger spaceship two aircraft M-28’s are used for shuttling small groups of special operators into areas with unimproved landing strips.
